I - imbalance. We find ourselves in a state of confusion when we forget that we are to be balanced in mind, body, and spirit. This causes fracture in our thinking, thus in what we attempt to do in our daily lives.
N - negative. That imbalance leads to negative feelings because we do not recognize the imbalance. We look at ‘things” around us and base our thoughts on what we actually think we see, rather than what we feel inside.
F - fearful. This confusion often leads us to be fearful. We forget the tenet that can be applied to all things... “this too, shall pass.” We fear the future, thinking that it might get much worse than it is now for us.
L - lousy. This is just leading us into daily lousy interactions and feelings about life in general.
U - unsure. In addition to being fearful and feeling lousy we look at the future with an unsure heart. We have forgotten that we hold the key to our own future in our thoughts and feelings.
E - empty. We succumb to those feelings of fear and negativity for longer time periods until we simply feel empty inside. We are unsure of where to turn and what to do.
N - needy. We whine and whimper about the unjust world around us. We don’t see the magnificence we can latch on to, but rather just look to others to pump us up and make us “feel happy.”
Z - zapped. We have no energy. We spend such time in a state of self-pity and wallowing in our own unpleasant feelings that we spiral downward.
A - asleep. We think that we can rest and regain our momentum but do not realize that we are simply asleep. We have forgotten any of the lessons we may have learned along the way on our path and we are choosing to ignore those lessons that can give us an awakening and a new lease on life.
Yes, I think the world has been bitten by the influenza bug. It behoves each and every individual (including yours truly) to catch this bug early on and not allow it to rule our future. We do this by taking care of ourselves daily. Take care of our relationship with ourselves. Look in the mirror and realize how wonderful we are, how wonderful life itself is and can be. We need to listen to our hearts and choose those things which feed our soul.
Perhaps we are in situations that are not pleasant. Maybe they vary from slightly apathetic to downright uncomfortable and abusive. It doesn’t matter. If we are living a life that is not fulfilling we are much more susceptible to i.n.f.u.e.n.z.a.
So, take a daily P(positive) I (imaginative) L (loving) L (lesson) and make the very best choices that raise you vibrationally to the “best self” you can be. Choose to make YOUR soul sing daily and beat influenza before it can beat you.
