While sitting out on my deck with my peach tea and my Kindle reader, I was enjoying a beautiful evening. The light began to go from day to dark slowly as it does in the summer. Before I realized it, dusk had passed and darkness had surrounded me.
There comes a time in everyone’s life when we look back and ponder “the good ole days.” This happens at different times, for different reasons. One of the times that I ponder days gone by is during the summer. Or, as Nat King Cole once sang, those “Lazy, Hazy, Crazy Days of Summer.” The pools are open, the open road is calling, and the kids are out of school.
